Kenny Tan KENNY TAN

Founder and General Manager


Kenny Tan is the Founder and General Manager of KEYfields Pte. Ltd.


Kenny is the driver of KEYfields. He leads the group management.


From a one-man operation, Kenny expands the business to be one of the leading IT companies in Singapore providing a range of software solutions. He has 19 years of experience in IT industry in Managing Business, Software Sales and Consulting, Design & Project Management. He was formerly a CIO in Rehau Asia Pacific, General Manager for IBS Asia and Head of IT for IDS Logistics, Singapore.


Kenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the Thames Valley University, London.

Patrick Yeo PATRICK YEO

Co-Founder and Head of Consulting


Patrick Yeo is the Co-Founder and Head of Consulting of KEYfields Pte. Ltd.


Patrick is the brain of KEYfields’ suite of solutions. He leads a team of consultants for the delivery of Application Consultancy, System Design & Development and Project management.


He has over 19 years of industry experience in business system consultancy and implementation of logistics solutions. He was formerly working as IT Manager in Keppel Logistics and Senior Operations Manager in IDS Logistics.


Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing with Management from the University of Bradford.

Clement You CLEMENT YOU

Head of Business Development, Sales & Marketing


Clement You leads KEYfields’ Business Development, Sales and Marketing division.


Clement leads the business development of the company’s enterprise solutions suite and developing channel partner relationship in the South East Asia region. He is also responsible for managing and expanding the relationship with company’s strategic customers and alliance partners.


Clement has more than 20 years of experience in the IT and Supply Chain solutions consulting industry. Prior to joining KEYfields, he was holding the position of Sales & Operations Director of Manhattan Associates (South East Asia) and Consulting Director of EXE Technologies (now part of Infor Group).


Clement holds a British Computer Society Part II Examination Certification (UK Honours Degree equivalent)

Benjamin Goh BENJAMIN GOH

Corporate Adviser and Non-Executive Director


Benjamin Goh is the Corporate Adviser and Non-Executive director of KEYfields.


He is a valuable contributor to senior management discussions on the subject of leadership, market positioning, growth and organizational excellence. He started and successfully built profitable multi-million dollar regional businesses from “no-market” or “poor-market” situations. He is the founder and managing partner of BensGlobal, a business consultancy company. Previously, he held senior management positions in International Business Systems, Novell Ltd and IT Solutions Corporation.


Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the National University of Singapore and a Graduate Diploma (Masters of Science in International Marketing) from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. He also holds a Corporate Member (MIES) status of the Institute of Engineers, Singapore.

Raymon Krishnan RAYMON KRISHNAN

Corporate Adviser and Non-Executive Director


Raymon Krishnan is the Corporate Adviser and Non-Executive director of KEYfields.


He brings to the board more than 2 decades of experience in the Supply Chain Industry as a service provider, end user, educationist and consultant.


Raymon, has started and successfully sold a leading education and training business that specialized in Business, Logistics & Supply Chain Management training & education. This included the Asia Pacific’s first Warehouse and Distribution training facility that has trained hundreds of individuals in a real life warehouse environment with Singapore government awarded qualifications and with programmes from Certificate up to Masters level with leading, world class Institutions, Universities and government agencies.


His commercial experience includes senior management positions in a variety of international companies based in Asia, the US, Europe and Australia. Raymon, is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. In 1998 he was appointed a Fellow of the Australian Logistics Academy, making him the first individual to attain this level outside of Australia and is currently also a Fellow of the University of Wollongong.


In his current portfolio, Raymon is the President of the Logistics & Supply Chain Management Society and under his stewardship the Society has been nominated the Best Logistics Education Provider in ASIA for two consecutive years (2003 & 2004) and winner of the Supply Chain Asia, Training and Education Award for 2008 and is again a nominee for this award in 2010.


He writes for a number of International publications in Singapore, Australia and recently published both on-line and in print Asia’s first Supply Chain Glossary.
