Buyer may create an order through customer portal which will be validated by customer service team. At the cut-off time, the controller will execute the route optimization to assign jobs to the best driver via ATOM to pick-up the goods. The loading process is made easy with ATOM scanning the QR code of the parcel/packages.
Last-Mile delivery with several hub and spoke relations may be applied with this module. The next driver can collect the goods from the first driver and continue until the goods arrive at the destination place. The last driver, may contact the receiver through phone, SMS, or WhatsApp application. Lastly, the receiver may sign on the ePOD through ATOM to indicate that the goods is well-received and in good conditions. However, in the event if the delivery is not successful i.e. the outlet is closed, parcel is damaged, recipient not in, and other, the driver can access the “Reject or KIV” function in ATOM and attached a photo image as proof of arrival (POA).
